You will have to drill holes in your header because the ones you have for a vacuum setup are different than the ones for a stock Model A electric. And the new repro electrics have to be mounted on the inside and the actuating arm sticks out too far to open the windshield fully. Frankly, it's a big PITA and much easier to put the correct vacuum wiper in it. Rebuilt they work just fine. I have them in all three of my cars, and I live in Oregon, where it rains a lot!
