And I just found another number on the block manifold side right below the Head stamped in larger font 45622 the remaining part of the number, assuming there is more characters, is covered by Manifold and gasket. The number "4" is not a modern font style in that it has a slash through the stem

Some rebuilders stamped their own tracking number on the manifold side just below the head because it's a machined surface. Don't think it's a Ford factory stamp.
