I'd suggest McMaster-Carr.
Springs? Die springs are available in a zillion different diameters and lengths.

I would advise against using carriage bolts as the heads would protrude from the bed floor. Instead, I'd use flat head bolts just as Ford did.
Also available in a zillion sizes and lengths.

McMaster is reasonably priced and ships the same day.
