Default Re: What do you carry with you?

I should have a tire pump and fan belt, but i can't find a tire pump anywhere. And anyone under 50 seems to be "What's a V belt?".

I do tend to carry a tiny bottle of oil. Swiss army knife, screwdriver or 2. adjustable spanner. And lately i've been reminded of the value of a packet of chewing gum. Can patch all sorts of leaks with that.
Also, a candle and piece of soap. Amazing what you can lube or patch with those. A stick that you can carve threads into with a pocket knife is handy if you lose a sump plug too.

I'm really curious how bad things are that you need that. A 410 make sense for rabid raccoons but wtf?

This is not to be underestimated. If more people did this (regardless of what brand car they drive), there'd be a lot less break downs in the first place.

#1 Fun is imperative, mainstream is overrated
#2 If they think it is impossible, prove them wrong
#3 If the science says it impossible you are not being creative enough.
#4 No shame in recreating something you never had
#5 If it were not for the law & physics you would be unstoppable
