Is it the intelligent charger that won´t charge the battery or does the battery pack has internal charging logics that says no ?
If you drain any "modern" battery below a threshold it says bad and...

In general you can take a look at the shiftlight function...analog rpm/set threshold/shiftlight on.....analog oilpressure/set threshold/light off.
Not sure how many output channels the unit have....
