On my head the compression ratio is marked on the head between #2 plug hole and the dist location pin hole(8.5)---- kind of small in the picture, it is also marked in the gasket surface so it would...

I have a weiand head, it is 8.5 comp ratio, stamped near dist , and on the gasket side under the waterpump (this way you know if the head was cut, comp ratio changed)no flycut for piston top original
