Thanks again for everyone's suggestion. We checked camshaft timing by watching piston #1 top out. It agreed with the NUREX timing scale and our old mark on the pulley when the timing pin dropped...

I have looked at all of the above suggestions and checked them on my engine.
They are good ideas, but they are not what is causing my vibration.
