Any suggestions for getting 40 Ford 1/2 T PU X member support brace, passenger side Part # 78-4048 or 49? Don't know if passenger side is 5048 or 8049). Drake no longer makes them.

What is decimal size of Ford 94 carb gas jets marked "2"?

Carb has lip on air horn to help keep air cleaner on, maybe for 48-53 truck or car. Carb on '40 Ford PU with 59AB, starts, runs great but has a little miss/roughness at speed and uses a LOT of gas....

I'm replacing front hub on this PU and need help on best way to save old drum. I understand the drum can be bent etc if not done right.
Also, how to include an image on my ID and these messages....

'40 PU lining kit from Obsolete Ford in Oklahoma thicker than original apparently to accommodate expected older drum wear. So turned new US made drums 0.015" to get on. Works great.

How to confirm differential ratio '40 PU

1st time poster so bear with me.

Bringing '40 Ford 1/2 ton PU back to life after 10+ years non-runner, stored in garage. Has after mkt wheels, P195/65r 14 tires which look cool but not practical...
