What is the correct route to run a fuel line with mechanical pump and a electric pump? Electric for priming and starting, and the mechanical for running. It's in my 1946 1 ton truck with a V8...

Hi there,
I am looking for the contact box that is screwed to the under side of the ignition switch on a 1946 Ford truck. It is held on with two flat head screws.
It's not the bakerlite...

Who would you recommend as competent supplier ? Mac's
seems to have gone down hill to the point of no return. I'd like to buy the whole fan hub if I can find it.

The fan belt is fairly loose but the tighter it is, the closer to the bail-wire it is. I am thinking of a wider belt so it don't sit so low in the pulleys. Any thought on that ?

I have a 1946 Ford 1 ton , with the lower front mount distributor and the fan belt hits the bail wire that holds the cap in place. Is this a common thing ?(I wouldn't think so) I'll try just about...
