Re: Spark plug resistance

Re: For those of you who feel like praying, one of our vendors is in trouble!

My Dad died of a brain tumor, after a 10-month fight and numerous surgeries, about 12 years ago. Cancer sucks.

I know that medical knowledge and techniques have been advancing. Here's hoping for...

Re: Homemade Water Pump Wrench

Also, be aware that many of the better drill presses have a female Morse Taper in the spindle, and the chuck has a matching male Morse Taper shank-it is held in place by friction only.

This works...

Re: Are there still a million Model A's?

Re: Loose Venturi

What kind of sealant did he use? I would be worried about it dissolving in the "gasoline" we buy these days.

Re: Update on Dim headlights & Repair

When you get 6V on one side of the bulb, what do your read on the OTHER side of the same bulb?

Also, I doubt it is "6V". It is probably 6 point something.

Re: Update on Dim headlights & Repair

Put the stock bulbs in, and measure the voltage from ground to each side of the bulb.

Then do the same with the halogens. This will show you where the voltage drop is occurring.

Re: Unbridled shift lever in neutral

Re: Bulbs: How many watts vs Candle Power rating

After the filament heats up, the resistance goes up, and you will have much less current draw.

Checking lamps with an ohmmeter is not valid.
