I have my 48 crankshaft pulley off and took a narrow belt, wrapped around it and there is about an 1/8 inch off the bottom of the pulley. I am looking at driving a type ll power steering pump off...

This has been very helpful. I have identified all the moulding clips I need but two. There is a small spring style clip (kind of like the door panel clips) that are at the very front of the quarter...

Very Good, Great info from both of you. I think I have all I need to order the right clips to replace all the old rusted clips. SS removed and now on to prep tor paint.

Looks like I am heading in the right direction by doing the hood last. The last thing to do on a full frame off restoration on a 30 roadster. The doors were a real pain with lots of shim & re shim.
