Note that the 3 window and 5 window have different hole centers, the strikers and backing are therefore different.

Locate an original Ford fender in good enough condition to fit to the body and running boards. (The body should be aligned to the frame with front fenders fit also).

1. You will have to find a donor part for the spacer, or make one. I suggest phosphor-bronze spring material, McMaster-Carr would be a source, also many hobby shops catering to the train and RC plane...

That is not, repeat NOT a stop. That is the bracket and stud to engage the slide vent action feature of the window. If you have the correct regulator there will be a curved slot which the stud moves...

Are the male dovetails showing signs of wear or distortion? Are the female dovetails showing signs of wear or "falling apart"?...

Be really cautious about the ebay radiators. Speedway is cheap but at least they are "brand name". There are Taiwan and China knockoffs of really questionable quality. Major issues I have heard of...

If the rivets are a 9/32 diameter, truss head I may be able to help (but not cheaply).


I do strongly recommend you consider doing one side at a time, that way you have a fully functional pattern...
