Good news is I've pretty much fixed the problem. The detailed solution is very complicated, but the short answer is: I'm a knuckle-head.
Turns out the accel pump is just fine. I sat in the car...

I did not have this condition before the rebuild, so It's likely I dorked something up. Both accel nozzles give a strong stream for about 1/3 linkage travel, right...

The hole for the sender appears to be stock. The only numbers on the heads where you indicate are "6090-D", which apparently is just the standard Ford designation for cylinder heads. I'm afraid the...
