Spare tire cover 1933
Gentleman, On a 1933 spare tire cover (rear model 40) when the tread cover is on what would be the approx. space at the bottom (edge to edge) 10" or so? It is not a full circle.

How is the Adjustment in the center throat of the carb made? Turn it down till bottoms and the back off x amount of turns ???

Original Carb. Idles fine after a good warm up and drives straight with no problems. I am entering a turn at about 5mph so the total turn is about 5 seconds
