Yesterday Mecum Kissimmee auction of GM's collection.

I managed to bring up the auction results but am unable to attach a link to Fordbarn showing the winning bid for each unit. I'm thinking the prices paid were on the low side but the market...

Question, are the headlamp buckets L/R the same? Are the "pods" that hold the sealedbeams against the bucket the same L/R? I'm talking about the pod that holds the headlamp adjusters to be clear.1940...

So, after you put the '39 frame under the '40 how do you handle the serial # issue? I suppose you can cut the number off the '40 frame with a zip cutter and fit and weld it in the right place, grind...
