I had my engine out and suspension removed before supporting the inner fenders with upright and flat 2x4s. I then removed the two fender bolts closest to the core support and made a rod with a washer...

I did my cross member with a goodell piece and it fit like a glove! All the mounting points for the suspension were perfect. I used a cut off wheel, saws all and a dremel tool to cut the old one out....

How do you apply "opium" to an "early car"? Very little of that "definition" makes sense to me. "Gow (as in cow) job" sounds like nonsense!

Overdrive deck lid emblem placement
Does anyone here know if a overdrive deck lid emblems pins will fit the deck lid pin holes for the fordomatic emblem on a 55 Fairlane? Thanks for any help.

Merry Christmas folks! Got my New engine installed over the holiday weekend. Haven't fired it yet but IMHO it looks fantastic nestled in the bay. What do you think? 304 ci, 304 hp, 330 tq. 11" clutch...
