I made my own.Made a mock up pattern from heavy paper,make brace in parts ,shape to fit fender using sand bag and curved mallet,then mig weld parts together.It was a lot easier then I thought it was...

The center dash rail bolt holds the dash light on.The light has a built in switch.

If that radiator was used on another engine prior to the rebuild and not properly cleaned, debri from the radiator could have ended up in the engine water jacket ,most likely around # 3 or...

The felt pad is used to hold oil to lubricate the armature were it rides on the horn housing.You put a few drops of machine oil on the felt as regular horn maintenance.it looks in good shape. ...

I have one of those pumps on my car.My understanding is the nut is to be finger tight and only tightened in the event of a seal failure (water leak) to stop the leak to get you home.

The dog bone links come in two pieces(per link).A rubber bushing is slipped over the shock arm ball and the ball that's on the axle housing or spring perch.I used silicone grease to make this...

I have a 30 Tudor and mine measures 29 1/4 " also.I have a reproduction cross brace on mine which fits ok. Dont know why yours is short.Any chance it's been repaired/welded? Welcome to the ford...

I purchased one from Synders one year ago and it fit fine with a little prying on the lower mounting holes with a small drift punch.As good as an original? No,and they are chromed,not nickel...
