Rear Fender Welt

I am ready to install the rear fenders on my 1930 tudor sedan. I have never installed a welt before. What is the best way to install the welt? How far does the welt go down the rear of the fender?...

Front Fender

Does the front fender go under the lower radiator mounting bracket or on top and where does the rubber pad go above or below the fender? The volume 1 repair manual is not clear.

Crank lines up with the motor. The rear hood bracket is not in place but I do not believe it will close the gap that much unless it is shimmed a lot.

When up on blocks with car running and in gear should both wheels turn at the same time or is just one the drive wheel?

Body to Hood Alignment

I have installed new wood blocks with shims. The door alignment on both sides are very good but the hood is way off. Is the frame sagging or does the front body need more shims to correct the hood...

The radiator and head has been cleaned when I had it apart. Sounds like the Rust 911 would be a better way to go since it dissolves the rust?

How much white vinegar do you add to the cooling system to clean it out? How long should a person leave it in before flushing the system?

Katy was right the new bushing was too large to be installed in the housing. The housing measurement is 1.016 and the bushing measured 1.021. Five thousandth puts too much force on the housing...

The best I can find out is there were several companies manufacturing the water pumps for Ford and the tolerances were not the same. The crack is at the rear bearing housing and goes to the upper...

The seat I have does not have any wood at the top just open spring frame and the material is hog ringed to the spring framing. So if this was an early 1928 seat they may have been different than the...
