How is it wired? I assume the switch is on the wiper, power from terminal box? I have a couple of brackets with grommets above the passenger kick panel that must be for the wires. The windshield will...

What did the early (March) 1928 tudor have for a windshield wiper?
I see no indication of one being on the car, no vacuum hole on intake manifold, no firewall fitting, no holes for wiper mounting....
