Quick NewBe mottometer question

I have a mottometer radiator cap on my roadster. It works fine but the repair kits I see advertised show two gaskets. I only have the one red one, am I missing a gasket? See photo. Thanks

Dumb question from a newbie, if the amp meter shows discharge when lights are on, does that mean polarization is correct and no need to try this jump?

thanks for identifying the horn for me. I have the motor spining pretty fast. Do you know if I clean up the diaphragm install new gaskets will the horn work for now. Thanks for the information.

another one, the other thing about this horn is the screw that holds the cover on extends from the back cover all the way into the motor base.

I have review pictures of the 5 horns used on the model A. I'm new and mine is not one of them? I have taken it a part and have the motor working but it would be helpful if I knew what horn it is so...

I don't think it hit anything, no morks on it and there is a metal running under and it doesn't have any maks on it. It split cross ways starting almost centered from the side closest to the engine...
