Thanks for the responses. The previous owner told him he didn’t drive the truck much at all. And I don’t know if the trans was rebuilt when it was “restored”. The clutch pedal felt okay to me but...

I ask because when searching the internet all I seem to find is information about s code 390’s.

302 oil pan
I want to get a new oil pan for the 1970 302 I'm putting in my '65 Country Sedan.
If I can't find a nice original are there any brands anybody can recommend, or steer clear of?

Sorry, I should have been more clear. The head is off the engine.
The bulb part is still in the head, but whats left of the bulb is about 3/8" below the surface.
I would imagine there aren't a lot...

Broken temp sender unit
I have a broken temperature sending unit in a '39 cylinder head.
It's broken below the surface, nothing to put a wrench on.
Should I just drill it out with progressively larger bits until I can...
