Looks like a great meet. Something needed to take the place of the old San Diego swap meet since it went away a few years ago.

If you are a V-8 Club member check your roster for people in your area and I'm sure they can refer you to a reputable shop. It's one of the advantages of belonging to the club.

Tim, my first early V-8 in 1974 was one just like that 33. Same color with the original upholstery. Brought back a lot of memories. Those old "moredoors" are the best touring cars.

I could be wrong, but that doesn't look like a Ford mirror to me. Never saw a Ford mirror with woodgrain paint.

The diecast piece that holds the indicator is usually worn so bad that the shift lever will not stay in park. I don't know of any way to repair the diecast. If this is what you need I could send you...

In addition to all the good advice, you may hear a rattle in your door as some of the broken pieces have probably fallen to the bottom of the door.

I agree with deuce lover, use a mechanical switch. I've always used the switch from the early Chevrolet pickups and mount them to the upper floor boards. These switches are also readily available at...

The truck cab is the same as a pickup, so the rubber items will work on either body.

The Merc used the same seat as the Ford. I suspect they can't be that rare.
