I have a home unit & like it. For the oven l went to a used restaurant equipment place & bought their ugliest deck oven. They were happy to see it go the door!

I have a different approach. Maybe adjust your expectations. Take cleanliness, most cars really only need to be washed once or twice a year. I know some could not stand to do this, but...

Of our 4 Model A's, the set up I like to drive best is a very stock car with a Michell overdrive. One of our A's has a Mitchell transmission & Michell overdrive, another has a '39 Ford...
