Ok, anyway to first solve the shackle issue just unhook the panard rod, jounce the car and see if it centers. What happened? If you were having bump steer issues the use of the panard rod may mask...

I feel like this is one of those tests where you rush thru only to find the answers in the front.I assumed that everyone was calling the sway bar a panard rod. After a really close look and a reread...

Simply jack the vehicle off the jack stands, set it on the ground and bounce on the bumper this should allow the spring to center. My interpretation is that the axle is bound up on the jack stands...

Nothing wrong, Just jack the vehicle up off the jack stands and re set it. Shackles will align themselves.
