Try a google search for Indiana License Plates. you can usually find a matched set within a few weeks. A matched Illinois set for 1928-1931 go anywhere from $35.00 and up.

I would send it back and purchase a Berg radiator. A lot closer looking than the one from Snyder's. You can also send your old radiator to Berg and have him restore it with one of his cores.

All gas gauges are not the same. The later 1931 has a tang on the housing that keeps the gauge centered when you tighten the nut. There is also a small cut out in the tank itself that the tang fits...
