The clutch disc is stuck to either the pressure plate or the flywheel. Should come apart to fix it correctly but I have had some luck with starting the vehicle(in a clear area) in gear. ...

17 Touring
Picked up a 17 Touring yesterday. Supposedly last ran in 1955. Did a little work on it yesterday and fired it up. Runs great. Needs alot of work yet.
