Re: 25 Roadster advice

I appreciate everyone's feedback. I agree with you Steve, lower prices don't bother me either since I am more of a buyer that drives them for fun rather than selling them. The 6-7K range was what I...

In your post you stated "Ive had it for about 3 years now and haven't had a lot of time to work on it or a lot of interest to work on it." How can you have a car that is 90% complete as you state,...

Re: Lucas tires

I put a set of Lucas tires on when I bought my A 3 years ago. Have about 8500 miles on them and am happy. Lots of putting around at 35-40 mph but have done quite a few longer trips at 50-53 mph and...

Re: Rear cork question

When I did mine I used bought a pan set for a mid-70's small block chevrolet. I took the piece for the rear main cap and trimmed it to length. It pushes into place easier than the cork gasket in...

The clutch disc is stuck to either the pressure plate or the flywheel. Should come apart to fix it correctly but I have had some luck with starting the vehicle(in a clear area) in gear. ...

Re: Do 1926 or 27 TT Frames have a Serial #?

The 2 1926 trucks I worked on this year have had the number stamped on the right side frame rail and it is visible by removing the floorboards.
