How long should I let it the Evapo rust soak in the gas tank?

I went to turn on the '31 and the motor runs for about 10 seconds (if im lucky) then dies out. I pulled the fuel filter and found that it was clogged. After cleaning it out and replacing the filter...

The car will crank but not start. I just thought I would have battery issues if the starter is always getting power.

After installing a new starter I realized that my car is ALWAYS getting power. I am able to start the car with the key still in my pocket. I guess my '31 is equipped with a special "keyless go"...

I started to fish out the broken bolt when I noticed something sticking out of the bottom of the bell housing/tranny.

I just pulled the starter out and think I have an engagement issue. I believe the bendix drive is spinning freely and is not engaging the flywheel.

Any suggestions? I just posted some pictures,...
