If you use 32/32 cp bulbs the amps would be the same, it might work
for 32/50 cp bulbs but you have to remember it is the position of the filament
that determines high and low beam.

I think that bulb is the new replacement 50/32 cp bulb with the wrong
shape filament. The picture shows what they should look like.
