In my 3x2 Flathead it was pain to change jets for primary(center), so I put those adjustable
ones in. With A/F meter adjusting was easy and it has stayed same for years. No complaints.

Bolt arrangement is little different. That's why original ´32 front shocks are so expensive at swap meets.

Awesome Cabover ! You have done a great job. Is that sleeper from 60`s ? If the chassis is from truck how did you solve the steering ? I'm thinking that steering column is much more further front...

Powermaster has made new alternator that have cast iron ends and is made for fan use.
Both short and regular ones , even fake cut off box on top of that thing. Will be available during this winter....

There is rust inhibitors like previous posters said , but it comes inactive over the years so ,
antifreeze should be changed after 2-3 years. In the old days they lasted longer , but not anymore.

When I changed vacuum modulator on my ´50 to one that has black stripe on it , it made huge difference. And the length of the pin is very important ....

I think those center dumps don't fit in ´50 Ford . In my ´50 I have "Police exhaust manifolds" for twin exhaust from Shoebox Central. They don't look/flow as nice as Fentons , but work flawlessly ....

My tank was also new and the fill tube flange had so narrow sealing surface that I had to tig weld a bead and surface it. Problem solved....
