master cylinder push rod

i need the push rod for a master cylinder out of 1965 mustang or falcon. i want to replace the one in a 67 m/c w/ longer one. this is the only one i am aware works. have searched online and in stores...

if by chance you end up with an extra i would be interested. i used one out of early F100 ('54). seems to work okay.

time to replace lca 64 ranchero

what should be the time to remove old and replace with rebuilt lower control arm on 64 ranchero V8? trying to be fair w/ local mech, at 70 not sure i am up to it! thanx. larry

Enjoy the truck. i have had a 64, 260 w/c4 for about 6 yrs and enjoy it a great deal. I have put rack and pinion on it but otherwise relatively stock. it has been the source of more conversations...

i bet you are the only in your neighbor hood to have one, esp in that shape. unfortunately i suffer from the same disease and every so often have to part with some of the treasures!

i found wheel adapters on line at summit. i found 5.5 to 4.75 i would expect them to have the 4.5. very happy w/ mine. larry

thanx for the replies. they were all helpful. i do plan on pulling latches and cleaning up as initial step it would seem they are not fully extended, dirty or bad spring. strikers "look" good to me....
