How do you disassemble the trunk hinges on a 35 coupe?
On the inside there appears a tab locking the hinge pin in place.
I would like to remove the pin.

Where does the crossover wiring for the passenger side taillight go?

Does it go through the body (interior) of the car or behind the gas tank under the body.

Cole-Hersee part # 24105
It works great thanks again for all the replies.
Now to tackle the passenger rear window.

I didn't check the breakers. However by jumping the large posts on the solenoid the windows work. (Except for the right rear) which at...

Thanks rotorwrench, that is some good info.
The 55 Lincoln has a push button start like the older Fords.
I was under the impression that the original Lincoln solenoid had a built in circuit breaker...

Here is a photo of it. It is a continuous operation solenoid. I saw the one for $75 on ebay but am not wanting to gamble not knowing if it's right. It has a similar # on it to the one that I have...

Thanks for the reply but that doesn’t look like it. It looks exactly like a metal starter solenoid. I’m away from home so I can’t take a photo of it.

So it appears that the 37 - 39 use only 2 bolts & mounts over that plate I have. However I still can't find that part available with any of the vendors so I will have to get it used I think.

That is what I am looking for but can't seem to find one!

The vendors I have looked at only have the 2 bolt style like mine, they won't work.
