on my SW TS the cord is held on by 2 - 10-32 screws that are about 1" long per side. There should be 4 captive nuts on the seat back metal They are about 5" in from the door and about 7" down. ...

Judging by the wheels, the chassis was probably made after January 1931. The wheels are dated on the inside of the mounting flange. Which may or may not give you an approximate date of the chassis....

The 28-29 AA front bumper brackets are longer than the car front bumper brackets. I have seen cars with the AA brackets and the bumpers stick way out in front.

A slant window body needs to be installed on a late 1930-31 frame with the #2 & 3 body bolt bracket moved back and the special #6 body bolt bracket mounted on the outside of the frame.
