I went there and they don't have a manual for my model, which is 14A-390D so I did a Google search for DuKane and they're still in business in the Chicago area. I called their 800 number and a guy...

I found a video on YouTube of a guy who bought a DuKane projector identical to mine for one dollar. He played a record on it but didn't have any film so I still don't know how to install the film....

Yes, the rotor spins. Now when I push the starter button nothing happens so I guess I'll have to wait until Saturday when this guy comes over to look at it....
