100% it’s an electric fuel pump, but that does not eliminate the problem of incorrect breathing.

That would be amazing! I’m not sure if it’s difficult to remove the tube or not as I never had one. I’m sure someone will chime in who has pulled one before? Have a 50 Shoebox with triple carb intake...

It’s a traditional hot rod/restoration I’m building, so won’t be driving for a while… but that theory makes some sense and is defiantly possible. Hmmm.

Yes I did that as I was filling. Front wheels off ground, turning steering wheel back and forth from stop to stop. Still only took that much. About 4 and 1/2 ounces.
