The sending unit incorporating the venting is shown in the photo below and inserts upward into the bottom of the tank. The tank was sealed in place in between the side and cross floor sills. Vent...

Michael,
It's not a Model A. '32 commercial gas tanks do not vent inside the cab unless you operate the vehicle without floorboards, which is a whole set of real dangers.
