JSeery,
have already tried w/o shocks and exactly the same about 1 inch lower on driver side.
If I move it by hand, I can put it at level but each time I press again the on LH fender he don't comes...

Have already tried w/o shocks and problem is exactly the same. Canno't turn the rear spring because is bended.

I think I have changed all suspension parts: front and rear spring, 4 shocks and...

My experience is that with the 6V system you have to add relay in your wiring.
Without relay you will have something like 4 – 4.5Volts coming to the lights and with the relay you will have 6.5 to...
