Factory original paint (not wheels!) roadster I believe for which paint may have faded and distorted by photography I guess but would take David Rehors advice as to accuracy...

I was always led to believe there were two Washington Blues, early and late. The chips showing the early colour always appeared very dark but then cars I believed to be accurate either in originality...
