The crank isn't bent , most likely indicated it off worn main journals instead of the gear area when it was ground. I see alot of this..

First issue is the cylinder head isn't flat out of the box when you purchased it. I have enclosed pictures of Snyder/TODD head painted blue and you can see why your gasket is pushed out.

On a Model B clearance should be .002" on rods and mains
There will be a distinct pull to initially get the crank moving this is called "Stiction"....

You could try that but with so much heat focused on the valve seat crack it'll only get worse. It's a common area on Model A engines to crack, caused by overheating.
We can repair it permanently but...

There aren't any new ones available. What you're describing is a common problem as people overtighten the oil return pipe and it cracks the spokes.

Yes that block can be fixed. This is a common area of cracking from exhaust seats to cylinders. The cracks would need to be repaired with new seats installed and cylinder would need to be sleeved....
