I have the bowl separate from the top and held in a vise.
The gas wicks up the inside and overflows to the outside. I have this experience with two separate bowls.

The fuel in the bowl, at 5/8 " from gasket surface, wicks up to the gasket surface and floods over to the outside of the bowl. Has anyone ever experienced this situation? Is there a sealer suitable...
