Disappointed you were not able to work with a local club. Just haven't met the right people yet. Avoid the grosejet valve, in my experience it can stick shut., and dirty fuel will give you fits.

I could of used this when I was learning to drive my first model a and mistreated it. Refines the Mitchell syncromesh transmission that steve manufactures. Good on Steve.

A minor point, if you try to run the engine with the transmission top off, the transmission oil will cover the inside of the car. You don't want to do this.

Vern, check your other posting, I use a 1/4 inch punch with a flat face to smash the lead ball in each corner. Needs to be a clean surface.

Different. Not sure base mounting holes are even the same. Each year of model a, different suppliers, if authenticity is not your concern then limitless substitutes are worth experimenting, and money...

Limited number of complete matched sets of tubular shock links, and original fasteners available. Refer to the judging standards.
