Radio delete plate 46-48 Ford

Looking for a radio delete plate for my '46 Ford wagon. Don't know if they made these or if everyone got a radio, whether you wanted it or not. Merry Christmas.

Any experience with the Eastwood heat and sound insulation product? A few reviews have some issue with dripping from the mats. Appreciate any comments.
