1934 coupe - how do you attach hinges to repro trunk?

No holes are drilled, but what goes in the whole once drilled?

Rivet nuts?
Caged nuts?
Drilled and tapped plate?
What did Henry use?

This came from a 41, V/8, deep crossmember.

So the spacer is the only difference?

Can you measure one of your 40 brackets?

I'm building a 41 pickup. I've installed a 40 crossmember to get it lower.
I have the stock 41 front fender bracket, but I believe it is taller than the
40 bracket, and I need to know by how much....

Sorry, I thought it was the same as a 40, it's actually a 41 pickup, like this one.

There is a "B" terminal on both sides.
