If you determine it's the starter disassemble it. If the failure was like mine you'll be shocked at what the innards look like.

The Powermaster starter I had in my 8ba stopped working. When I took it apart it was completely destroyed. Plastic parts and a small unit inside a stock looking case. Worthless POS IMO. Do yourself a...

IIRC the bolt pattern for Ford big trucks changed after 1934. If that's the case, then no, it's not a widow maker wheel. But over on the Ford Truck Exchange there is a member Stu who goes by truckdog...

Over 50 years ago when I built my SBF I used STP. No issues but it was a one off type of thing that worked for a 19 year old know it all (read know nothing) kid. YRMV

Misc flathead parts, SBF stuff, some automotive tools, and vintage car and travel post cards. Plus stuff that I'm tired of tripping over. Hoping for a good turn out of both buyers and sellers.
