There are two insulating washers each side of the brush holders, where they screw to the frame , check they are there, Or your horn button wire at the top or in the light switch is not completing...

$138.00 from Snyders, no welding, not for me so once installed will find out , old days we just locked up one spring shackle , Can,t see its need on a coupe, with 16" 8 ply radials,

I understand about swaging once the drum is fitted , problem is the studs do not fit into the hub , appears hole is slightly too small, new hubs , new studs, they may press in but would be tight...
