Thanks everyone for comments, I have 3 sets to make , it toke me about 40 hours to fabricate the left side, a lot of swearing and frustration, still working on right side.

Does anyone make the rear body section that the bumper brackets go through on 1938 to 1940 Ford Sedans, photo is section I am after.

Tom, 1940 Ford Roadsters were only made in Australia which are very rare as only 20 were made.Roadster did not wave windows in the doors as Convertables did.

Caged Nuts needed
Anyone out there know if any body is making 3/8 -24 square nuts and stamped cages. Roy Nacewicz, sold them, but he has past away.

1940 sun visor mount brackets
Hi,
Is anyone out there parting out a 1940 Ford, I am after both sun visor mount brackets in the roof to replace the rusted ones in my Tudor, also after tail light mount brackets in rear fenders....
