Re: 12 V Bulbs

Re: Early Ford V8 COE help
My 42 has rectangular gages. I am told 41/42 have no window frames, whereas 47 has framing around the door windows. I do have the bar type grill.

Re: Am I missing anything?
Looking at Mike's pictures, it looks to me someone has replaced the rear center section and reused the original 57 yoke. I have two 57's here with that batwing style of yoke on them. One is a Ranch...

Re: 1967 ford fairlane, underbody paint
Most of the time it was red oxide primer. The factory did not tape up at the rockers, so the under floor area will be over spray of whatever body color they were painted. Some of the plants in later...

Re: 4 speed -68 Mustang questions
The T shape shifters were on 64 to 67 cars, in 68 they went to a full round that you pull up. I have gotten original boots on with just warming them and a little silicon lube. The repro's I have not...

Re: Questions on Ford 427 side oiler
There were different blocks, center oilers, side oilers, and cammer blocks. Two bolt and four bolt engine mounts, but all were the same bore and stroke.

Re: Timing at full advance?
You should be looking for a 12127 number, and I would think it would have a "J" in it. Part number should look something like C8JE 12127 XX. J being a marine designation and most industrial...
