Re: Extended Cab Pickup
The poster with the specifications says coupe body and handbuilt 2x4 frame. I do not know the people who did it, but saw at a show and thought enough of it to take pics.

Re: 352 cooling upgrade?
A clutch type fan and shroud from an A/C car can help too after the cleanout. Also it will quieten car down at speed and not look as out of place as an electric fan.

Re: Switching to juice brake question
I'm confused about post #43 and #44. Did the question of "rear" backing plates refer to brakes on the rear axle, or, refer to the backing plate on the front axle? I've heard several people refer to...

Re: Upgrade brakes on my 42
I think the confusion is coming from 2 different F100 brake systems being discussed here. Some people are describing the 1950s pickup DRUM brake system that was a popular hot-rod upgrade long ago...

Re: 1938 standard coupe hood emblem
I don't know if these help, but I can get more. I didn't have a light at the time to take pic underneath the part of he hood that contains the latch.

Re: 38 ford coupe
I have a Std coupe. I'm pretty sure the firewall is set up differently at least in the battery area. If you need pictures let me know.

Re: My New Finished Ford Barn Find!
Great truck! Even that in just a 2wd is awesome! Can you give us details about the hit and miss engine? And were you able to change over the underdrive unit to overdrive?
