Mission accomplished. Thanks for the assistance. The proper amount of persuasion with a well chosen mallet did the trick. Made good progress with disassembly until time to remove roller bearing...

New guy with question on water pump disassembly

Actually several questions…
1) How much force does it take to remove the fan assembly from the shaft? I’ve removed the cotter pin + castle nut and the fan assembly is holding fast. Am I missing...

Flushed the radiator yesterday and doesn't seem to be running as hot but will try and give it a better workout today and verify if there is any improvement. I think the timing on this one is suspect...

Meet Horace and Jasper. Both 1929 Special Coupes. Jasper is the black one - have had him about 18 months. Brought Horace home Saturday. I'm not sure what color you call that nor if it was offered in...

New to the forum

Just acquired a 29 Special Coupe. Been lurking around awhile but time to become legitimate. Looking forward to learning what I can from the other threads and posting my questions to you guys.
