Just working on getting the top wood finished up. Questions came about on the rear wood header and need some help here. How far out past the back of the cab does the wood sit? Mine at the moment sits...

I used the Ebony stain by Min Wax. Great coverage and dries very quick.

Thanks guys, I felt the primed one was a 30/31 by the difference in the flange where it mounts to the body and the splash apron area. The holes for bolting to the running board are not the same...

28/29 rear fenders

Restoring a 29 CCPU and found these 2 rear fenders at Iola for $75 each. I am pretty sure the rusted one 28/29. Unsure of the primered one. I appreciate your input.

A) 9 1/2"
B) 8"
C) 9" front bracket and 8 1/2" on rear bracket

Thanks guys. The holes are "D"haped and approx. 5 7/8. No hinges or doors installed. The pic is nice to see. The top panel on the cab back just didn't look right, because the corners are not folded...
