6 volt electric radiator fan

looking into a electric radiator fan for my 40 ford,it runs hot when driving slow.Is it worth installing one ,and where can one be purchased?

Thanks to all for the great info,talked to an old Ford man in his eighty's yesterday he said pretty much the same thing about the motors wearing out by 40 thousand miles.

engine dating

I have 1940 ford, would like to know if it has the engine it came from the factory.Heads have the letter A ,it also has the post war crab distributor.I am new to this so i have a feeling this...
